Mr. JS Ahluwalia is CEO, ED. He is postgraduate in M.Sc and MBA in Marketing Management. He is an alumina of IIM Ahmedabad having pursued program in Logistics and Supply chain and EDP program. He possesses over 25 years of experience in areas covering National & International Logistics, Distribution, Transport / Fleet Management, Warehouse Management, Strategic planning and Supply-Chain Management and has held Senior management positions in organizations of National & International repute, and has handled diverse product mix and bulk products including chemicals. His core competence lies in setting up of Logistics organization and warehouse management with key defined performance area. Mr. Ahluwalia possesses working experience in the below mentioned organizations:

• Punjab Agro Industies Corporation (On deputation with Pepsi Co Inc. for 2 yrs) as Head-Distribution
• Grasim Industries Limited (Vikram Cement) as AGM-Planning & Logistics
• Transport Corporation of India limited as GM - Logistics
• Reliance Petroleum Limited as AVP – Logistics & Distribution
• BOC (India) Limited as Chief Executive - Logistics
• Jubilant Organosys Limited as Head - Logistics and Distribution - Domestic and Exports
• U-flex Industries Limited as Head - Logistics - National and International

He has been handling hard - core logistics, transportation and distribution operations, inventory management, procurement, marketing and strategy planning for diverse product mix and has the unique opportunity in viewing logistics from both manufacturing / production as well as 3PL services providers (transporters and logistics service provider) angle which is a value addition. He is fully conversant in working in a highly computerized environment (SAP). Presently, he is working as President with Agarwal Movers Group and is CEO & ED of APM INFRASTRUCTURE (P) LTD.

Sh. RATAN LAL GOEL (Director-Finance)
Mr. Ratan Lal is a person who possesses the caliber to accept responsibility and challenges with ease, and can work long hours with determination to give the best to every task & situations. A Science Graduate from Osmania University (Andhra Pradesh) & having more than 40 years of experience in Textile Industry as a Proprietor, he has the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment as well as focus on Individual Projects. Ratan Lal Goel has been associated with APM Infrastructure P Ltd. since January 2006 as Director - Finance. He is looking after all the activities related to Finance & Purchase. The company has benefited highly from his vast experience in finance controlling.

Azad Verma (Director-Production)
Mr. Azad Verma has done diploma in Mechanical Engineering, and started his career in 1981 as trainee production supervisor in HNG Limited, Bahadurgarh. He was promoted as Dy. Production Manager. He then served Gujrat Glass Kosamba (Surat) as Production Manager. Later, went on overseas assignment to Lebanon as Production Manager and then stayed for 3 years in Japan where he joined as an Engineer in Oshima. Later, joined APM Infrastructure as Director-Production planning, operation, inventory management and scheduling.
